About Just Fitness Pilates

“In 2010, I found a solution to my troublesome sciatica: Pilates. To cut a long story short, the sciatica went but my passion for Pilates didn’t. After so many years of practising Pilates, in 2022 I became a Pilates instructor. Today, I aim to offer affordable local classes in a friendly relaxed environment. The class is made up of men and women aged 50 plus. In addition to the traditional mat Pilates exercises, I encourage the use of small equipment as students progress.”

When?

The group meets on Mondays at 9.30 in the main hall at Oughtrington Community Centre. Each session lasts one hour.

Cost

£7 per session when payment is made in advance for a series of lessons. Payable weekly £7.50 per session.

Pilates has so many benefits: strengthening the core, improved balance, coordination, posture and flexibility, relaxation … and the list goes on. The best advice I can give is to come along and give my class a try.

What do you need to bring?

  • Exercise mat 
  • Small towel or pillow for head rest
  • Water bottle
  • All students are required to complete physical activity readiness questionnaire.
