We are comprised of unpaid Trustees and volunteer members. Details of our organisation are available on our website and are available in paper format by request.

What information do we collect from you, and why?

Oughtrington Community Centre may request name, address and / or postcode, telephone number and email address from you if you would like to book our facilities.

The details provided by you will only be used by Oughtrington Community Centre.

We will collect similar information on people who would like to become members of Oughtrington Community Centre, in order to managed membership, confirm that you are entitled to membership, and to manage communication with our members.

Who will we share this information with?

We will only share personal data with organisations necessary for bookings and membership management, such as our bookings calendar provider. We will only use third party companies that comply with relevant data protection legislation.

At present our data is stored on electronic file systems that are under the control of Lymm Parish Council, members of Lymm Parish Council may be able to view (access either physically or electronically) information we hold, though all Oughtrington Community Centre information is kept separate from Parish Council records and we will not undertake any cross referencing with information held by Lymm Parish Council.

Where is Personal Data collected by Oughtrington Community Centre stored?

We store all information where possible on IT systems that reside in the European Union.

What is the lawful basis for us collecting and using this information?

We use consent as the basis for collecting and using information about members

We require to store personal information to facilitate bookings, and collect and store appropriate personal data for this purpose in order to facilitate the contract between ourselves and our hirers.

How long will we keep information about you?

We expect to keep personal data for up to one year for bookings.

Membership information will be reviewed annually and members that do not renew will have their information deleted. This means that membership information may be held for up to two years.
