Regular bookings (particularly near or during school holidays) – that are shown as provisional usually still to be confirmed – please get in touch regarding these dates. The booking calendar contains restrictions on hiring our facilities before 08:00 and after 23:59hrs – if you want to hire during these hours please email us / use our contact form – ideally booking adjacent hours to reserve slot(s); this will also apply to multi-day bookings (either create two bookings, repeat bookings or get in touch 🙂 ).

All booking requests are provisional until confirmed – once you submit a request we’ll aim to respond within 24 hours (usually much sooner) to confirm any details / arrange a deposit.

When booking OCC facilities PLEASE allow for time to set up and clear away after your event- with the Centre left ready for the next users and tables & chairs cleared away.

The calendar below allows 15 minutes at the start of your booking for us to let you in & run through H&S & housekeeping, please ensure you allow time for any set up & clear down (typically at least 30 minutes) – our booking system permits an earlier hire to finish 15 minutes before your session or a later hire to start 15 minutes after the end of your session.
